Overcharged with booking, spent 40 minutes on hold to get it corrected only to find out I was refunded the amount but not the TAX portion that was charged. So Uhaul pocketed about $15 that is not worth my time to spend another 40 minutes on hold to resolve. A few $$ here and there adds up hey?FRANCOIS B.
It took 30 minutes to get my truck that had been reserved months in advance. Once I got to the truck, a worker who was in another truck told me that the gas level that was on my contract (1/4 tank) was wrong (the tank was almost empty), but not to worry about it. Moreover, the truck was full of used coffee cups and the inside of the box was very dirty. Furthermore, no one wore masks inside the building.Tobias B.

The locks used to secure the car key need to be replaced. I spent 20 minutes trying to get it open with the supplied code. It was extremely stressful because I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to retrieve my key and there was no one inside to help me.Evan D.

There were system problems the morning I went to pick up my truck - April 24, 2021. So things were slow (30 minute wait). I don't fault the location for that. They did the best to service the customers as best they could which I believe speaks for the true nature of their service level.Hallam C.
The left turn signal in the trailer doesn't work and the trailer door needs WD40 as it got stuck several times. The woman helping me was fabulous and helped me hook up the trailer with her manager on the phone. Yay!Andre A.

Terrible directions (funny how we have to have signs in both English & French,across Canada,but you get to Quebec & it's ALL French...not cool,for non-bilingual ppl)...their UHaul signage was horribly miniscule...trailer wasn't ready,even though we showed up later than the 8am pick-up...& it's ridiculous that we couldn't get a trailer from a closer location to the apartment that was being moved out of.Allan S.

Took a long time to receive the vehicule. There was no windshield washer in the truck and had to buy some. One of the backlights was burned and the tires were awful. Was unable to use the vehicle during the snowstorm at all. It got stuck 3 times.PIERRE P.
Very unimpressed with our experience; our order was not made 24/7 pick up as we requested at the location and we then had to go to another province to get our truck. Even though we were accommodated with a truck it was out of our way and the person we were speaking to was rude as to why they could not have keys dropped of to us at the initial pick up site. Overall this lead to a few hours delay during an already stressful time. QuÃ©bec (the province that we had to go to to get the truck) has a 8 pm curfew due to COVID, but but because of the the delays we were not able to return the truck until after midnight. I called the police in QuÃ©bec, and they said we could get a $1000 - $4000 fine if we were caught driving in QuÃ©bec even if it was just to drop off the truck. When I called customer servicer at UHaul they said there was nothing we could do other than drop the truck off late and pay the late fees or extend by a day, either way they suggested we ask for a refund for the second day. We would like a refund for the 2nd day as a result of UHaul's mistakes.Chrystal-Lynne S.
Very friendly staff. One area that needs improvement is the online check-in. It needs to be made clear to renters that they need to complete the online checkin before they leave the vehicle for after hour drop off. Otherwise very good experienceBob M.
