The trailer was in great shape and the lights worked and it pulled nice. All is good.

We do not need uhaul services too often but we used this location 4+ years ago for our move from outta town to in town (we used a big box truck) and it worked out great. So when we needed a small trailer this time it was our first choice and actually got the slightly bigger 5X8 because the 4X6 was not available for when we needed it, just to use this location again, and yes the smaller size was available at a couple of our other locations in town. I know nothing about other locations in town so they may be great as well I/We just really liked working with this lady.
HOLLI RVery friendly and prepared from my drop off. The place is also an antique store - so just a different atmosphere, not full of boxes and other packing supplies :)
Kimberly DClean the floor inside of the cargo compartment. When we unloaded the truck the items had black residue on the bottoms. This put marks on our new carpet and flooring. We had to buy a carper cleaner to clean our new carpet. Not a happy time. Check the floor when renting a truck so this doesn't happen to you.
Steve MNot the fault of either U-Haul location, but we reserved a U-Haul in Casper, WY. The corporate office moved our reservation to Gillette, WY...2.5 hours away each way. They also gave us a 20' truck when we reserved a 26' truck. I paid more money overall for a smaller piece of equipment than I reserved and had to drive 5 hours for it. This necessitated a 2nd move day with more equipment - which is less than ideal moving out of state. As soon as I left Casper fully loaded, the check engine light came on. Since I was fully loaded I just gripped the wheel and hoped for the best for a 4 hour drive.
