Get newer trucks! Back-up cameras would be great! And GPS capable. Running boards would be great for older customers. Very hard to get in driver's side when the floor is 15" above street level.
Evans G.We were told to drop all three rented items at the same location. We did. The attendant accepted them. The next day we were called from a different location and asked why we didn't return our truck. We had no way to return items to multiple locations and told we could just return them to this location. This was the address on our final paperwork. It took multiple calls to get everything figured out.
Jason K.Truck only had 1/8th of a tank of fuel. Also, several plastic bottles rolling around under the seats. Having said that, the gentleman that helped me was pleasant & the process quick & painless.
