VERONICA WI had not realized until I went to drop off the keys that I needed to park in the back. More signs for the drop-off location would have been helpful. There were vehicles in the back and in the front. The picture for the vehicle's location at checkout was then incorrect. Otherwise, it was easy to do with the U-Haul app. Since after hours, I did not go inside the building, and there were no personnel available, so I was unable to answer those questions. Had to answer yes since there is "not applicable"
