The passenger side door had a hard time closing but other than that, everything was perfect. The woman that we talked to was so friendly, vehicle was super clean and well maintained, it was pretty good on gas, and it was very easy bringing it back. I will definitely be using U-Haul again.

EDWARD IOne of the break lights were out. The wiring was lose.
Jessica SThis location was great; however, I originally reserved my trailer in MOREHEAD City at Tony’s smoke shop 2. The original location was not open when I arrived and didn’t answer their phone. After 15 minutes I had U-Haul switch the pickup location.
ARTHUR SThere was no one there to check me in. Navigating the app is not my preferred way to drop off so I called customer service and the woman was clearly not happy with me and the fact that I couldn’t use the QR code return. She took care of the return over the phone and when I asked her for her name, she hung up. I guess this is what we can all now expect.
