The lady in the front office was very rude and unpleasant with me the entire time . There was a dog running around the office while I was trying to get the U-Haul pick up truck . The lady seemed racist and was very rude when I returned the truck .
Tameera BAttendant was friendly but tacked on extra charges with out asking me. She added on the safe move (extra $15) + estimated my milage to 40 when i told her i was driving 15. I already checked myself in so i dont understand why she made these changes without my authorization or confirmation.
