When i arrived at the reservation time, there was no one present. I called their offices, and the woman stated that no one was there, and that the soonest they would be there would in an hour and a half. I asked them to call me when they get back. 2 hours later, I haven't heard a call, and I call the office again. She states that they were back now. I arrive, and the rental is still not ready, as he needs to replace the tires. The employee himself was very rude. Would not give an explanation as to why he was changing the tires, abruptly left the trailer to go into the office, and then made a beckoning motion for us to come inside without saying a word. I was scheduled to receive the trailer at 10:30am, and it was not until 1:30pm that I was able to have it in my possession
