Have U-Hauls ready and cleaned off before customer arrives. Had to wait to let the truck warm up and melt the ice.
Jennifer HOur experience was perfect so nothing to recommend for improvement. We had such a horrible time at the other uhaul rental location so we drove over to this location. We were so relieved to be treated with kindness it really changed our mind about Uhaul.
