Drop off location was closed when I returned the 6x12 trailer. Nice large parking lot, easy to maneuver. I could not find the jack stand for lifting the heavy trailer off the ball; fortunately I had brought my own jack in my truck. Will use them again!

SHALLA WPlace was open but no employees present. Waited a long time. Eventually had to download the app to return the truck which was difficult with low signal. Not a good experience
