robert B.Good day, I was charge for 62lt. Of gas even if I provided 2 pictures of the fuel gauges, one taken in Chomedey Laval and the other one at the drop off at Lac-des-Iles. Both show a bit more than the 1/4 of the gas tank. Somebody from your service told me that the level of gas in the tank was revealed by using a pc device that make no mistake ! My question is ; how can a customer get to know how much liters are missing or over in the tank without this device !?! All we have is the gauge !! Honestly, I don't think that it was missing all that amount of gas. So, finally the amount of gas was not negociable, although this person accepted to credit me 31$ for the supposedly ‘'wrong drop off'' ! The place they were asking me to drop it was too far from my place anyway. Personnel of both location place I went were very professional and ok to me. Truck was ok and did the job !!
