Mary T.Hi, I rented from this location yesterday and was asked to return the trailer last night as you folks had it already rented for this morning. When returning the trailer last night was asked to park it in a specific location where when parking it there my personal vehicle and trailer were buried in rocks and gravel where the location had not been maintained causing damage to my back tires on my vehicle! I then had to hire someone to come told me out of the U-Haul driveway as I could not pull myself out and I am very upset I have reached out to the phone line at UHAUL as well as sent a email waiting for someone's response .
TOBY R.Rude, unhelpful. Confusing - location was changed with no explanation or instructions. Called the new location - nasty and rude. Told me their office would be closed - couldn't pick up a truck then. Went to original location - rude staff, not helpful - told me I had to download app and pick up truck at changed location. Will never rent from either place again - awful experience.
