I scheduled the pick up time at 1:00pm, but the shop owner did not appear until 1:10 am. The shop was closed, so I am very worried because it's my first time moving with using U-Haul service. I called the customer service and they said the shop is open. Anyway, in general, I feel the overall experience is not bad. Thanks.

Clean out the trash left in the van after previous user, otherwise great service

Everything fast, easy, and clean. Can't ask for more especially at U-hauls. I really appreciate the ease the most, thank you.

My renting equipment was not ready. I had to wait until the previous renter was called and asked to return vehicle. Extremely unprofessional, and I was in a time crunch.

The owner of the center from which i rented the U-Haul was and hour and a half late. I will NOT be doing business with U-Haul going forward.

had to wait but staff was good

Worst of all-time 1-Wrong reservation time I was having resevaluation at 8.30 am I get my car at 12 afternoon 2- the car was so dirty and trashy 3-The system is cheating and charge me 108 $ for 40 mile trip it's fishy I called customers service it's was useless Useless completely

The truck did not have a working odometer. I was overcharged on both the number of miles driven and the rate per mile. I asked for a breakdown of the charges, twice, and was refused. I was ripped off.

Convenient fast and guy there was great

absolutely ABSURD customer service, i am SHOCKED Uhaul allows for a person to represent their company like the person who runs this store. after filling the tank to the requested amount, the driver pulls the van uphill and tells me i owe him money for gas. obviously this read a false reading of a lower tank. after showing him it's parked uphill he rudely tells me "when someone does you a favor you shouldn't act like that. it's only $5 i can afffors that"... A FAVOR?! what favor?! After this episode he proceeds to tell me my mileage read "something 302" when i knew i didn't drive more than 60 miles (would have been 10210 at the most). Upon disbelieving his read and the representative verbally questioning my character, i go outside to take a picture of the meter... sure enough it was 10202. Finally, as if this isn't enough to write to customer service about, I politely mention how unprofessional he is and his response is to "threaten" to report me if i try to give him a bad review on Yelp and ban me from Uhaul. WHAT IS THIS GUY ON?! Uhaul should be highly concerned in allowing someone renting out a truck with their brand on it who also sells bongs and knockoff cellphone accessories. I should have taken more precaution when reading the terrible Yelp reviews before selecting this location but it was a time sensitive situation and i was desperate.

The gentleman at this location was very helpful. The physical location itself is a bit ambiguous to get to and the lot is very small. Overall though, good experience.

I tried to drop the truck off when the location opened at 11:30am on a Saturday but the owner didn't open the store until after 12. Must've been five or six other people waiting too.

very nice owner

Provide details of the insurance in the initial reservation, and not upon pick-up. There are some deceitful clauses--e.g., $150 deductible--in the contract. This comment is intended for U-Haul and not the agent. The agent provided everything that was promised.

Why the FUCK was this uhaul $120 when it says on the van that it should only cost $20 plus mileage. We got completely ripped off and had no choice but to spend the extra money because we could only move on that day.

Impeccable service

UHAUL scheduled me to drop off my truck at a place that was not open during my drop off time and did not have a drop off box. Then they proceeded to try and charge me the late fee when there was no way to turn it in on time due to the building being closed.

Customer service was extremely poor. Rude and condescending. I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Uhaul.
