The rental truck was fine but the UHaul online rental check-in process was overly complicated and took too long. We had to fill and refill the same webpage information more than once because the pages either didn't fully load or it was unclear how to advance to the next page. We gave a verification phone number but no one called the person who was verifying the driver ID so we had to make 2 or 3 phone calls to find out when that person would be contacted and were told it could take 15 to 20 minutes. After the person was finally called, the system did not complete check-in process and we had to call again to see if everything was approved.
