My experience with the location I rented from was phenemenol but my experience with U-Haul customer support was absolutely terrible. I rented the truck for 24 hours and was rushed into giving it back much earlier because they had "double booked" a customer accidentally. They still charged me for price with no accomodations offered whatsoever. The worst part about it is that I forgot my phone in the truck and when I went to get it back a few hours later, the truck was still there and there was no other customer!!! After a long day of moving the hassle of the drop off situation and on hold after being told it would be "no problem" then basically being told to bad you have to go all the way to the original drop off. Worse experience ever!! The guy is a Fraud!! Stay away from this Center! Rented the u-Hall truck for the day, and originally thought I would be 6 hours, but as it turned out we were longer. I call the the guy looking after it at a Convenience store ( no signage-another story) and he told me he had two other bookings during g the same day, same truck and needed the truck back!!He triple booked The truck during my time!! Even though I had it for the whole day l, he ended up HARASSING ME calling me 8-10 â€˜a asking me when I would have it back! SO STRESSFUL. The truck That was given to me to rent was out of lineament as I needed two hands on the steering wheel to keep it from weaving all over the road. The phone charger outlet did not work either. Five minutes prior to dropping it off, I get a email saying I have use of it until the morning! Unbelievable!!! Again! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!Sharon C.

I am very pleased with the services offered. To make improvement the following should be looked into: 1) The telephone number given to reach the location was never received; it is said to 'not be received at this time'. This makes it difficult to contact the location in case of any question, etc. 2) The vehicle has not clocked very high millage, yet it sounds not very smoothly which means that more regular maintenance is required. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the services offered.Godfrey O.
I was told If I was running late for my 5:30 return, that I would have until 6:15pm at the latest. I returned the truck at 6:05pm sure to heavy traffic, and the store clerk started giving me shit. I explained that the guy that gave me the keys in the morning said 6:15 and he called me a liar and kept giving me shit in front of the customers in the store. Extremely unprofessional. Also, I booked 2 dozen furniture pads for my move and they only gave me 12. I had to go buy more pads to finish my move. I'm not happy at all.Jamil F.

1) need to have a person that is knowledgeble with the U-Haul process. (did not provide clear instructions, did not provide vehicle on time (made customer wait an extra 30 mins)) 2) Vehicle was not clean, and wasn't sure if it was sanitized (during these times around COVID - Should make this a priority) 3) Overcharged me on final receipt (which i have already emailed about). I was not provided with the vehicle at the right fuel amount and when i questioned the owner, he just told me to ignore it and refill to the same level as i picked up the vehicle.Harvey Chit Hei H.

Fantastic and quick pickup and drop off experience! Great covid19 protocols and protection with an all digital, photo and web process. Definitely need to be a bit tech savvy to make sure your browser allows for location permissions to the uhaul.ca website. Great job uhaul in these difficult times. Cheers!Christopher D.
The service was very poor at this location. The internet was down at the location and the agent did not provide any guidance or go out of his way to facilitate the registration process. As a result we needed to call the U-Haul customer service and the we didn't leave the pick up location for 2 hours.James S R.

Amidst this pandemic, there was no sanitization protocol implemented and we had to Lysol the cabin and the cargo area for ourselves. The customer in addition was poor as they attendant was not able to tell us the rates/km and upon dropping off the rental, we were told to simply wait for the emailed receipt. Instead, we received a charge on our credit card without having received an explanation for it until the next day when the receipt came in. All this aside we were extremely disappointed in the lack of protocols and the pricing for having to have implemented our own sanitization procedures ourselves. Your company has falsely been advertising their concern over the pandemic based on our experience. We will not be recommending to othersKEN L.
the mobile pickup process was a mess. It wouldn't work on my mobile browser cause it couldn't detect my location despite my location services feature being turned on. There was no chance to turn it on the browser. Certain buttons weren't working either. The app got me through that step but stopped at the next one of taking a driver headshot. It let me take the photo, click save but it wouldn't do anything to add the photo to that section. I tried someone else's phone and it started working but this shouldn't be an issue given that my phone is a Google Pixel 3 which is a fairly recent device. It increased my stress a ton because renting the truck was a time sensitive matter for me. We resorted to using the in-person option instead because it was just a lot easier to deal with a human. Don't offer a mobile pickup solution unless it's bulletproof and you can handle edge cases or errors properly.Mihir P.
