Everything went well and I would definitely use this UHaul location again
Andrea D.I asked for 24-7 service and even called the day before to make sure it was good to go. I watched the stupid pick up video you have. Of course the local location never got back with me. I was over 40 minutes late to meet my movers. The lady was slow, rude and told me to have it back in 4 hours when I requested 6 and then said Nevermind. I'll do Penske next time, it can't be any worse. The customer service lady at the main number was amazing but the local locations- never again.

EDUARDO D.I haven't needed a U-Haul in several years and was unfamiliar with the turning the vehicle in with a cell phone app. I dropped the keys off before I opened the app and could not complete the turn in process. Had I known about the app related turn in process I could have saved all of us some time.
