Because not only she sold me the most expensive insurance on the truck.. they said that they didn’t have a dolly but didn’t even refund me for it.
KAYAN SI was told to bring back the truck at 9:30, I brought it back at 9:30, the previous rep put 9:15 on the paperwork. The next person was arguing with me, wry rude very poor customer service and then charged me an extra day! I returned it when the first person told me to! I hope that rude woman who checked me in at drop off gets some training or fired. She has no business working with people.
Megan DProblem with engine: smells of gasoline while parked. Also, the rear roll-up door latch is difficult to close -- something is not aligned correctly. Location is great for customer service.
