Timothy BWhen I told the person where I was going and need to drop off nearby (Amelia, VA) she stated there was not a U-haul place in that area that the closest one was about an hour away. I said I will just bring it back here. She then stated that they are closed on Sunday's and I could drop it off of the Mineral Store. That is what I did. When arriving there they said I did not have a reservation to drop off. What? A reservation to drop off. I've used Uhaul several times in the years past and never heard such a thing. I understand things change, but then my bill came to $300 plus. This is absolutely absurd!! I didn't even have the truck for 24hrs and I did what the representative told me to do. The postings at the location for the price of the trucks do not match what I was charged. $129. I would like this bill to be adjusted and treat me fairly. Thank you
