It took me over an hr in a half to the app to work to get the uhaul at night then they wouldn't let me get it for the time I lost to try to get my stuff moved the only place I will go to for a uhual is the moline location I'll wait if it's passed hrs just for great people that work there

good experience after the planned rental failed
