No keys in box all the keys where in side ,if you had earlier pick up you can't get the keys until 9.00 am

Kind of your average U-Haul place tbh. No real issues
CARSON KIt’s an active mechanics shop. No one came out or offered to help. Parking lot is pretty crowded. We had a difficult job parking without blocking another truck or car in.
Rachel MI will never in my life use U-Haul again, hard working people and they steal from them so never again and I will tell everybody I know do not rent from U-Haul
