The drop off location informed me that even though they were the drop off location I had to drive all the way across the city to the other UHual location to drop off the trailer. The road to the second drop off was horrendous.
Austin R.Don't hide inside building and pretend your closed a half hour before the time. I had to unhook trailer without a jack. Very heavy. Not impressed at all.
