Drop off location (on a Saturday) was ok but on staff didn’t have anything to do with the uhauls. We tried again on Monday and all was fine. We were still able to meet our drop off date.

Billing was incorrect. Still haven't received a response over a week latter.
Chad HUhaul wanted me to drop off at a location 45 minutes away and charged me for dropping at wrong location. She'll station 10 minutes from me took it no problem
Mark SWhen we got there the key was not in the correct lockbox which caused us a slight panic. But I contacted Scott & he did a great job helping us locate it in a different box. Scott was very helpful & answered me very quickly when I contacted him by phone or text.
