The woman I worked with had no clue what she was doing, told me to just park the trailer out in the lot. And just as I had expected, I got a call on Thursday, October 16th asking me where I had dropped off the trailer? U-Haul had no clue where the trailer was, not good!

Better equipment
BARBARA DThe only reason I say that the location was good was that it was convenient for me. Otherwise had to use an antiquated lock box and was overcharged for mileage not used
MARC CDrop off location (on a Saturday) was ok but on staff didn’t have anything to do with the uhauls. We tried again on Monday and all was fine. We were still able to meet our drop off date.
JOHN PBilling was incorrect. Still haven't received a response over a week latter.
