I have one issue and I'm not sure who to blame. I rented the truck at 2pm and it should have been due until 2pm. the text I got said it was do back at 130pm.

ALLAN BEverything was great up until we turned our trailer in on a Sunday at 11:00 am. Until we recieved a scary email that said we were going to be charged for extra days if we didn't turn our trailer in.
TERRY MJust to let you know the truck drove rough at times but was ok
SARAH NI called the office to set up an after hours pickup. They did it properly. However when I showed up at 5:00 AM the following day the system would not work properly. It took me 45 minutes to try to resolve the issue after which I gave up and entered a new order. Not the best in class experience I was looking for. Please review your online system.
