When I returned the vehicle, the agent filed a claim for dirt in the truck. There was none. As I was finishing my return at his facility we were both standing at the back of the truck with the back door up and he never mentioned to me that he was filing a claim. I could have proved to him that the picture he took was a dry existing stain. He should have had the decency to explain to me what he was doing.VINCENT M.

While the online check-in system had a bug and wouldn't let me finish the process, the in-person staff at this location were excellent, and helped me get it squared away. Definitely just talk to them instead of trying to do self check-in.NOAH A.
The rental pick up location said that they only hold a reservation for 30 mins after the pick-up schedule time. I was unaware of this, and showed up at 9:40am for a 9-5pm reservation. Knowing that my reservation could have been given away because I didn't show up between 9am when they opened and 9:30am was very concerning. I would make that much clearer if this is actually U-haul's policy. I have rented many U-haul products over the years and this was never the case.CRAIG B.

The lock boxes are a bit high to be able to see the combination, and those locks are a bit stiff, but overall easy pick up and drop off. I called this site to verify a few times and the customer service is off the charts fantastic! They should be commended for their customer service.Bobby B.

All of the extra items that I ordered were not provided: (1) Appliance Dolly: $10.00 (1) Dozen Furniture Pads: $10.00 (1) Utility Dolly: $7.00 (2) Furniture Dolly: $14.00 So i was charged for these items and I have tried to get ahold of customer service and that process was taking forever and I couldn't wait an hour to talk to a customer service representative. I did not appreciate waking up early and doing the mobile pickup, only to find the location owner did not provide what I ordered. I had to struggle the rest of the day without the help of the items I ordered.Paul B.
The gentleman working the counter was so nice and very helpful. The mobile site would not work no matter what I did. First it would allow my location for pickup, then it kept asking for a printer to scan my ID, even though I had taken a picture and uploaded it the week before upon reservation. He worked with me and got it all resolved after about 20-25 mins. I'm glad he was patient with me and the situation.Jessica C.

I was not comfortable that I did not receive a final receipt of my bill of $81.05 as the whole time of setting up the arrangements to rent the truck I was receiving text communications to finalize my contract. I suggest providing a receipt after returning the vehicle as proof of our final amount being charged on my credit card.Marie M.

extremely rude, not customer friendly at all. they try to get extra money for everything, there was one pcs of card boad, smaller than 1 pcs toilet paper, maybe 1/2 or 1/3 of it and they wanted to charge for cleaning. i picked it up. hope never to see them again.,Kaveh D.
