How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt is very hard to understand the man that was there when he checked the lights, etc. it was hard to understand him, he said that the lights were working, but when I got home, the lights were not working.
glenn rGreat customer service
Shawn FPeople at this location very hard to understand. First person I spoke to did not speak English. He called someone else that showed up by car to serve me.
BOYD RThe guy didn't even speak English, the brakes did not work on the trailer, and one of the straps was ratcheded so far into the trailer that both me and my girlfriend pulling on it as hard as we could could not get it to work
