The employee that served me at pick up had horrible customer service. He was on his phone the whole time and very rude to me.

Other than having two pending charges on my account which has cause me to be negative in my account it was a great experience.
ANDREA RTruck had graffiti. Missing the dolly I ordered. I got charged for the dolly, furniture dolly and pads when I only asked for the dolly. I ran into an issue and tried to call the store to hear a disconnected number. It says open 24 hrs online but they were closed.
Courtney VPut up a u-haul sign somewhere. Returning it to a gas station with a cage around the attendant surrounded by liquor isn't very inviting either.
