The guy working the desk need more people skills. I had a blowout on the car hauler. However, Jeff, the guy running the Russelville location on main Street, changed out the bad hauler for good one. He was very busy, and was working this location on his own. However, within 15 minutes Jeff had me on my way . Let me also stress that it was very hot out, but Jeff still was able to help everybody that was there. Uhaul need more people like him. Thanks you.
