Service was excellent, instructions on where returned rental was expected were clear and concise. There was a small issue with the front rubber handle being mildly stubborn to reattach the drop hip on the trailer, looks like the metal that holds the latch is slightly misaligned.
LOREN ODrop off couldn't have been easier. Everything was quick and taken care of.
CHAD EI filled the tank up and got no reimbursement for it. You could honor that since it was only half full when I picked it up. I'm out almost $50.
