I had trouble with the app working and had to go inside. I didn't want to have to deal with them again, as it was second time in the store and the mobile thing was a joke. It is not user friendly at all! You had my license, my home address and my cell phone number and then wanted a second point of contact AND my employer information. Completely ridiculous.
