you can have the correct equipment that u-haul promised to have ready for me. This location was very helpful but the equipment that was promised as available by u-haul was not infact available. Rather than 15 foot truck i was stuck with 26 foot truck. not happy with u-haul,

The location was fine and easy to get to. I reserved a 17' truck, a dolly and 1/2 dozen blankets. When I got there, they did not have a 17' truck or a dolly. They did have a 26' truck which cost an additional $20 which I did use. I was told to pick up the truck at Prior Lake Rental at 15233 Hwy 13 S, but the truck was at Prior Lake Bait Shop about two miles away.

We rented a 6x12 trailer and specifically asked if we return it by the end of the day (instead of the 24 hour time limit) would the price be adjusted. The answer we received was "YES". The pickup was at 9:32 and the return was at 4:55 the same day but they then told us that there would be no adjustment. We could have rented another company trailer for less and will have to do it the next time one is needed because your employees are either not trained properly or took advantage of us.

For a small location, it was OK.

I asked what size trailer I would need for a full size bed. The person on the phone asked is that bigger than a king? I should have realized this person didn't have a clue. He recommended a size and i picked it up. It wasn't even close to what I needed. I had to get an emergency switch in Hastings Mn where everything was handled quickly and efficiently.

No one checked truck or showed hot to hook up trailer

The truck was really clean, and appeared to be either brand new or recently new. The truck drove well and did not have any issue during my move. The blankets and dolley were great rental tools. It just took a little bit to check in and out, the Uhaul computer system was being slow. I did the "early check in" so it expedited the process. Overall, for the cost it was a great deal.

Had to sweep out the trailer myself. They basically told me that it's Uhaul's responsibility. Not a problem they let me use their broom, it was only a 5 X 8 trailer so no big deal.

Tire had a leak and trailer had a bunch of dirt/sand on fenders. Inside was fine.

The truck leaked when it rained. A lot of our items were wet. Including out mattresses. I would never expect this to happen when renting one of your trucks. I will be expecting some compensation for our stuff getting wet. One of our mattresses costs $2500. I will be calling customer service today. This is completely unacceptable.

The kid behind the counter had no idea what "insurance" was. I asked how much it was, and he said "0". Then when I opened the back, there was dirt everywhere! Had to waste valuable time sweeping, mopping, wiping down the walls, cleaning it before I put my belongings back there.

Pick-up was great, although there were blankets we hadn't ordered and a metal bracket from the prior user we fortunately caught before it could damage anything
