I only used this location on a Sunday and there was no one there: it was just a drop off location. Not much room to park my truck but overall the location was easy to find. Not sure if this is a place that has someone on staff on Saturdays or not for pickups. Otherwise okay.
JOAN AExtend hours. Pickup at 10a- I’ve already lost a couple hours work time. And when it’s hot, earlier is better!

MICIAH KI had a great experience but I had to go add more money to my card to pay the remaining balance and I was having issues with the app. I think you guys should add a place where you can pay the rest after you've returned the uhaul when it's after hours. It would make things alot easier
