JONI LI believe it would be helpful for agents to assist with familiarizing the vehicle with the renting driver, rather than just the self guided photo check. A more personal check out of the cab and details of the “tow” feature for example would be helpful.
LARRY MTruck storage area was filthy on the floor with some kind of black soot, two bath towels and cleaning solution later I still had to tape plastic down to cover the entire surface. There was also mud on the entire ramp that I had to wire brush and shop vac off by before I could even start going in out of my house. Then they gave me an attitude when I complained about it because I used an expletive. I do not recommend this place.
