Truck was fine and the move which was completed in 7 hours was uneventful. What was surprising was seeing additional charges at dropoff on my receipt. I was told any mile over the designated 54 would be charged at .20/mile extra. Instead, I see additional fees of $1.00/mile + an $8 cleaning fee which was not disclosed. Neither of these charges are reflected in the contract either. Be very careful of all the undisclosed hidden fees.

LISA WI'm thankful for the easy pickup of the trailer. However, I was very disappointed in the timing of the hitch install last minute cancellation from U Haul. Very irresponsible. Thankfully I was able to find an alternative at the last second. $350 nore expensive. F**k UhAul!
