Called the drop off location on a Saturday Dec 2nd and they were closed on Saturdays and Sundays, closest to where my condo is. All I got was a fax signal in my ear. Used uhaul.com to return the trailer as they were closed.

Bogdan B.It was left to me to do the hook up. When I wasn't sure how the chains were supposed to go I had to sit and wait over 30 minutes for her husband to show up. Both were very kind, but a bad way to do business. Probably against uhaul policies to let the customer hook up the equipment.
