Went to get the key the box was empty. They gave me a another key they said was the right one. Went to check the truck the furniture dolly was not in it. Went inside to get then then tried the key and realized it was rhe wrong one. They gave me a key to a different truck when I went to che k that reuck the left front tire pressure loght was on. Went back inside they didn't know where the key was for the first one still. The boss went to go find it came back with the key and threw it across the shop to us. Finally got it started up and the truck and there was a cigarette butt in the passenger seat and the inside smelled terrible.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation and business were closed on holiday but U-Haul 1800 number assisted me with issues of no key, assigning alternate truck. I however would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. Huge difference in advertised prices and fees they charge. Greatly disappointed that a 40.00 rental turned into a 183.00 rental not including gas.
