Extra charges to my card for NO reason! I was not informed of any rental tax which is almost as must as the rental it self and we filled the tank back up to where we got it AND STILL GOT CHAGRED FOR GAS !! Now they won't answer the phone !

My truck was extremely dirty. There was trash left in the glove compartment from a previous customer. There was tons of food crumbs and dried crusty spills all over the cup holder area. Was the filthiest truck I have ever rented.

Location was good. The majority of the staff seemed very helpful. The clerk I ended up with was not. It took over forty minutes to get the keys to a truck I had reserved online. Upon leaving, when inspecting the truck, the clerk filled the inside step with watery red mud because he stepped in a puddle where he had parked it. It did not make moving any less frustrating when I had poor service and then a dirty truck (due to the clerk) that I had to clean to avoid fees.

The truck required a new battery and a transmission check. There were loose cables that caused the truck's driver display to reset multiple times when going over the smallest bump. Any larger bumps would make the truck misfire. While utilizing the roadside assistance and got a new battery, the truck needed to go into a shop. I had to call and notify my drop off location not to let another customer use the truck until it has been maintained.

Excellent customer service. Have used this place twice, once to drop off a 26' truck from a move out of state to NC and recently a cargo trailer for picking up a billiard table. Could not ask for nicer folks. Very responsive to helping get set up and on the road! Drop offs have been hassle free! Very cool place with sport vehicles!
