4 trailer hook ups before he figures out what's wrong. 3 hrs to pick it up! TERRIBLE! Then he says one thing and paper says another with $ and days! THIEF AND A LIAR!
Thelma T.Dirty truck. When I picked up the truck a red light shaped like a trailer was on. Was on throughout the rental. Agent is a part time agent at best
STEPHEN M.Don't change the requested pickup site without input from the renter. Mine was changed from a location 5 minutes from my house to 35 minutes away. At a time when I was already time limited, I did not have an extra hour to waste and it put me in a tight spot. Also the landing gear on the trailer was broken and the trailer lights did not work. I had to accept it.
