Van ran well until trip back to return it. Broke down on a busy intersection. Not easy to forget. Location on Judah is convenient to where I live, they were not the problem.

Horrible experience.

Clearer instructions on the front glass about uHaul drop-off. We were so confused because online said we have to drop it off at a LOT when there was no such thing.

The gentleman who rented me the van at Postal Depot is very friendly.

Advertise more accurate prices. I ordered a Uhaul van for 19.99 for a couple hours and ended up paying 50 bucks. If i knew it would've been this much or even in this ballpark for price I would've gone elsewhere. I understand that there is added cost for distance traveled etc. but when the final price ends up being double what is advertised, I'd like someone to point that out instead of feeling like I was scammed. The owner of the store I went to also was completely resigned from the transaction. He blew through the explanation for how I would be charged, how to mark damage and where to bring the van back. On top of that he gave me my "contract" in a pamphlet that was in French not English.

The guy who provided our truck explained everything we needed to know before I left. I really appreciated that.
