Truck had a hole in the roof and there was a puddle/river of water. Belongings all got wet. Not this locations fault but our original reservation was canceled, the pick up was not switched to 24/7 when the reservation was changed, and the customer support hotline was horrific. The owner of this location went beyond expectations by coming in on his day off and fixing all of corporate’s problems saving the day for us.

Google maps has completely wrong directions for getting here. A notation that it's at the fireworks stand would have helped us find the place. We had to ask the locals.

Donna OWe had trouble adjusting the side mirrors. They physically moved but did not lock into any other position. We had trouble finding anyone at U-Haul to help us. Finally my husband stopped at the U-Haul store and found someone. Instructions in the truck would be helpful. Otherwise, the experience was easy. We appreciated, also, the ease in which we could find movers to help us load the truck.
