I was running behind for my 1:30 appointment. Showed up at 3 only to find that no one was there (even though their hours of operation show they should be there until 5 or 6). Called the number on the door to find out that the employee changed my pickup time to 6:30. Waited there for 10 minutes for him to come. He tried overcharging me ($40 for the truck vs $19.95 listed price).
