No personnel on site as after hours
Matt AHad to wait 10 minutes due to oil changes and I was pressed for time. A more efficient pick up system during busy hours would be good

Joles TTruck was on Empty literally empty fuel. Luckily we had gas station nearby. Mileage was not as listed I took picture of current mileage someone it came blurry I paid extra 6 mileage on truck. And truck was soooooo dirty that we first thing had to mop it. I've rented U- Haul many times but this was thw worst experince.
