It said the truck was on full but it wasn’t. When I filled up I ended up putting 40$ extra of gas in to cover the difference when I returned it full.

JANA LI had reserved a trailer a week in advance. I received a call from u-haul the evening before and they told me the customer that had the trailer need it another day and that they wanted to try and find me something else. They should have held the customer responsible and told them to return the trailer. Instead the only trailer available for me was 70 plus miles away. They tried to make it right by renting me a truck that ended up costing me more money.
