This was my second location of the day trying to pickup a trailer. The first one was countryside lawn structures in Poland. When we showed up no one was there, we called the number on the door several times with no answer. I called U-Haul and after waiting on hold and being transferred several times they finally got ahold of her. When she arrived she was extremely rude and when the trailer lights didn’t work her attitude got increasingly worse.finally U-Haul was going to send us to another location every question I asked the lady about the situation she got more snippy. Finally they transferred my rental to Rodriguez transport in Struthers. The only complaint about that store was no one was there and it was a hassle to get ahold of U-Haul again to try and get in touch with them. Other than that things went smoothly at the second store.
ROBERT SPicked vehicle up on 8/3 at 1:30 for 25.5 hours. Got charged for dropping vehicle off on 8/5 at 2:30.
