Jim is horrible his customer service is horrible! He's a dick plain and simple! A couple left right before me I would have too had I not made reservation.

I am giving a 3 star only because they charged us a $25 cleanup fee. We drove it to my 87 year old dads how 4 miles away, loaded it up half way with his furniture, took it to his nursing home to unload, and returned it. Don’t know what the fee was for. I probably won’t rent with the auto online pickup next time because I don’t get to participate in the return inspection with that. They can just charge what they want. Maybe it needed a sweep in the cargo area? It was a nice clear day and the path was on sidewalk or parking lot

The lady was super rude to me when I went to pick up the truck. She did not want to help me and she made it very clear. The truck was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. I put gas in it before I took it back and she still charged me 11 dollars. I only drove 5 miles. Very unhappy. I will not be using uhaul again.

When I asked about getting charged for cleaning, the lady working there got very defensive and was arguing with me when i just asked about a $25 cleaning fee when I just had it for 4 hours and just had boxes in there and some how got it dirty enough to get charged $25. Next time I'm going to go with home depot trucks. Fuck U-Haul

The late night fee was hidden. Completely dissatisfied.

You rent the Uhaul thinking you're going to spend 40$ then you look back and somehow you've spent $150. Just feel cheated after all moved and completed. Going to use a different service next time.

Rented van for my daughter’s college move in. She says the pick up and drop off was a breeze.

Awesome! I’ll come back for any future needs. Professional and courteous. Close to ASU Tempe, so it was perfect for move-in.

Quick and painless - would use them again.

The online website was poorly designed and took ages to load. The results for nearby locations wasn't great either. I wanted to pickup at a different location and I wasn't able to see the additional locations while hitting the "more" button on the results page. I finally figured out it was because that location didn't have the equipment I selected in the time I wanted, but this wasn't clear at all and it should have been a lot easier to look at all the results.

The website/online check-in process was TERRIBLE y’all gotta hire a better product development team.

Well first off you can provide customers with safe vehicles so they don't have a blow out in the middle of the arizona desert, where they will need to wait 7 hours for roadside assistance to repair the truck. The tire's tread was completley unsafe for road use as verified by the roadside tech. On top that a rogue piece of metal attached to the exhaust was loose that rub the tire initiating the blowout. Myself and my passengers nearly died due to Uhaul's negligence. I have already consulted an attorney and will be strongly considering legal action.
