Robert B.Have the equipment of first choice available or even second choice available. I really wanted a pickup, then a 10' truck, as first and second choices. I ended up with a 15' truck, which was way more than we needed.
Christa L.Being older, we have difficulty taking the trailer off the receiver because of the weight. When you return outside of business hours, we bring our own jack to lift the tongue. Would be a huge help if uhaul trailers had the crank lift with wheel on them to lift off the receiver. We don't rent that often, just a suggestion.
