I recently visited U-Haul in Waipio Gentry to rent a couple of their utility dollies, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. Even though I wasn’t renting a truck or storage unit, the staff treated my smaller rental with the same level of professionalism and courtesy. The dollies were clean, sturdy, and in excellent working condition—perfect for moving heavy furniture and boxes without any issues. The pickup and return process was incredibly fast and efficient. They explained everything clearly, and I was in and out in just a few minutes. It’s refreshing to see a business that values all customers, no matter how big or small the rental. I’ll definitely be back for future moving needs. Highly recommend this location!
