Thank you for your service

Have clear signage on where to drop off uhaul equipment or place it in the uhaul directions for this location online.

Store opened 15 mins after the sign on the door said it would. 5 people waiting in line by the time it opened. Lady working the desk was apologetic, car broke down. I get it, but I had already been to 4 other uhaul places before this one that had no trucks. Y’all need to figure this out.

The tank was not full, and there was debate over where the gauge should be, upon return. Not certain how to get a tank to 3/8 full, so I estimated 7 Gallons for 74 country miles. If I had received the tank on full, it would have made it easier.

Everything was seamless and perfect! thank you john

My wife arrived to drop the trailer off just minutes before closing. I appreciate the staff staying a few minutes after close to accept the trailer and assist her unhook it from our vehicle.

Let people know you aren’t reserving a particular truck but that they are given out on a first come first serve basis. The truck and equipment is subject to you being there early.

I would caution about using the app for after hours pickup it is not foolproof!

Nothing but good to say about the U-Haul agent who efficiently handed the paperwork, with clear instructions about the rental truck. I had a very positive experience!

get jacks on trailers, to much weight to pick off ground

Helpful on returning and parking trailer.

The ramp did not work properly, such that you still had to make a step up from the ramp to the truck floor. One of the tires on the back of the truck had a large hole in it. Luckily it had a dual set of tires on the back and my trip was just around town.

Check the tire pressure before renting equipements

The clerk was very disrespectful and unprofessional

Very unorganized. I did an online reservation and it still took about 30 minutes.

Explain that an app is needed for self serve rentals. Very confusing.

The app was terrible! It kept showing up in Spanish and it was just about impossible to read or make sense of the app. Also, I was not informed ahead of time about the pickup situation and was even told by a customer service rep to pick up at a different location. It put me behind by over an hour and I was still required to return the truck at the original time.

U-HAUL offers to the customers the best quality service so you are an elite about truck rental and supplies.

The store manager was polite and helpful. It is nice to see someone who acts like they appreciate your business.

Nothing since this facility is not a "U-Haul" business but rather a shipping center for all the major shippers. The help at this location does nothing to help a customer but fill out the paperwork, no help getting a small trailer on my tow vehicle.

Don't rent a wrecked vehicle. The door had a major dent in it and if I didn't really need that size truck right then I wouldn't had taken it.

I was billed twice for this rental. Cashier had to swipe my card three times. Need to be trained again. It took him a long time to figure it out. Other customers were leaving because it took too long.

The store was closed AND there is nothing on the front of the door indicating anyone dropping off a truck needs to return it to the REAR and leave the keys in the dropbox in the REAR! Qwik Pack needs to address this and put something on their front window letting us know this!
