LAVINIA CThe attendant, Jen, was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the rental process. Cargo van was cleaner than what I expected and in near new condition; very easy to drive; very good mechanical condition. Price was a little higher than I anticipated;; however, it was worth it for the convenience.
BRIAN AEverything was perfect. Needed a last minute truck and the attendant was very helpful. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very impressed.
GIOVANNI CThe check out process was extremely painful 😣 I had to keep getting a code. Every time I took a picture to add it to the profile. It was so so very painful. I was taking pictures of the interior when it logged me out a 4th or 5th time. And then said I didn't have a reservation anymore. So I assumed I got through the check out process enough.
