I had good customer service with the people, but I wasn't happy with the fact I couldn't get my truck at my chosen location with having a 2 week reservation. Also when getting my truck, it was really old and scary to drive specially over the mountain and a bad exhaust problem.

a U-Haul location was less than 1 mile from my home. I reserved the equipment a week in advance. And yet I had to drive 70 miles round trip to another location to get it.
