This location and vehicle availability was good and the man there helping me was friendly, knowledgeable and actually willing to handle the rental and questions in person. It all went well; no problems. We stopped at a different location first and the woman didn't want to deal with us. She just kept referring us to the internet reservation site and wasn't willing to answer questions at all.

Douglas YThe truck to which I was assigned was very clean. However, mechanically, the transmission was slipping and the shifting was very hard and jerky. The alignment of the tires also caused the vehicle to pull to the side making it quite difficult to keep on the road comfortable. The ignition key also had issues in getting to a proper ignition alignment. I would not recommend renting THIS PARTICULAR VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION. The gentleman providing customer service was efficient and friendly and I would RECOMMEND renting from this location, just not this particular truck.
Dana BThe proprietor of the location was very helpful and friendly. Got me rolling out with the Uhaul truck quickly, and even asked if I needed to use his personal dolly, which came in very handy. I will return to this location in the future, next time I need a Uhaul .
