When I called to set up the return, I was told where to park the trailer and that I would get a text when completed. When I arrived, nobody was there and nobody answered the phone. I proceeded with the QR scan drop off and called twice leaving messages to make sure all was okay and have never heard back.
KEITH MPick up location moved multiple times last minute to farther/inconvenient locations, rented equipment was not in the truck at pick up, sent on a wild goose chase to try to find missing rental equipment at other location to no avail, truck not properly gassed up to contract. Overall caused many stressors/wasted time on the morning of my move and caused me to not have very necessary equipment needed to move.
