The truck that I rented was in good condition and no issues. However, all of the additional equipment that I rented and needed for my move, an appliance dolly, furniture dollys & moving blankets, were not in the truck like they were supposed to be. When I called, the owner said it was a U-Haul mistake and to contact customer service. When I contacted customer service for U-Haul, they claimed that they would check other locations and put me on hold for 25 min. Then they just issued a refund for the additional rented equipment and hung up without speaking to me further. This was a HORRIBLE experience with U-Haul and made my move much more difficult that it should have been.

Everything was good
MARIO RDidn’t communicate extra charges until AFTER credit card was charged. Then states “you will have call corporate for a refund”. She was friendly, but not helpful and seemed to want to charge extra cost to see what she could get away with.

They had no issue moving very heavy furniture. They completed the task of moving in a large four bedroom house without any missteps; furniture placed, assembled, with no dings on the furniture or house.
