I requested an appliance dolly and never received it. I even called to possibly pick it up when the office opened and was told that I would need to go to another location to pick up the dolly.
William BI had an early remote drop off after phone conversation with store personnel. Trailer was dropped off at location as stated by manager. Greatly made timing easier for me and I got my email receipt a few hours later. Thank you.

ARCHIE MI was happy with the truck and process. Very disappointed to not have utility trailer I requested. I had very difficult time moving washer and dryer without. I had to pickup truck before business opening,so it was not able to be corrected.
