I did not receive dollie’s to transport and I was still charged for them. I called customer service and nobody got back to me.

Nothing! Our experience at Centrr Cut Meats was outstanding!
Dan LI would start with a poor rating of U-Haul. I reserved a trailer in my home town only to be informed hours later that the trailer was not available and so I had to drive 20 minutes to pick one up. I looked on the website and found that one was still available at my home town location. The agent at Center Cut Meats was clueless and I was charged for insurance after specifically denying it. So, I spent 20% more than planned and an extra 49 minutes of driving! Overall it felt like I was dealing with toothless morons.
